RUN: 1.3 miles
Well the temperature drop we were warned about at the beginning of the week has well and truly arrived. I hear there's a chance of some snow on the way - I hope not!
With temperatures hovering around the 2C mark, I just headed out for a quick jog - the last in my little 'taking it easy' stint.
Hopefully I'll get some longer runs in this weekend, as long as the snow's not knee-deep!
