RUN: 1.8 miles
Having to squeeze in a run between work and tea at my mum and dad's tonight, I just did a quick couple of miles. It's getting dark really early now. Well it seems that way compared to the light nights I've been used to.
The clocks go back in about six weeks, so that will mean no chance of running before it gets dark during the week. The sun is setting before 7.30pm now, so the nights are certainly drawing in. It's going to be a loooong autumn/winter.
